Mentoring As Best Practice: Sharing Skills & Knowledge
Resources and Links
Groups and organizations working in CED or ABCD face significant challenges,
including: how to develop a business plan; how to develop an effective
marketing strategy; how to secure start-up funding. Ottawa has a rich mixture of
people in the public, private and voluntary sectors with the skills and experience
that could provide a valuable contribution towards capacity building for securing
CED program funding. Mentorship programs are a means to achieve successful
outcomes in CED and ABCD programs.
